EA Sports has announced that the Online Beta for Medal of Honor is entering its second wave of invites out to gamers over the past week. Currently it's available only on Playstation and PC, but there are plans to add it to Xbox360 console soon. To those of you who haven't been following this release, this will be the first Medal of Honor game that takes place outside of WWII era fighting, this time taking a modern setting of Afghanistan as its backdrop.

I know Alan Wake been out for some time now, but since it was one of the more intriguing summer titles I thought I'd post this link to a fairly decent review of the game. It's a quick read, and while it doesn't have any real screenshots or video, the article does a good job of summing up the good and the bad.

So in case you were wondering Microsoft's endeavor into the Controller-less motion technology which was previously called Project Natal has recently been renamed Kinect. We got our first glimpses of this a week ago during the Microsoft Press Conference at E3. The video is below. My official review will be coming soon.
